Hello again, 

A big thanks for all of the helpful input on our DNS filtering paper.  We have finalized the paper which may be found at: http://www.isoc.org/internet/issues/dns-filtering.shtml. We are working to translate the paper into the 6 UN languages and those will be available on this site as well.
