[Chapter-delegates] Finnish Internet Forum 2011

Dear all,

The 2011 editon of the Finnish Internet Forum will be held on October 
18th and 19th in Helsinki. The event will be opened by the Minister of 
Housing and Communications. The first day of the event will be in 
English and the second day in Finnish. Participation is open to everyone 
free of charge.
