[Chapter-delegates] Transition Announcement (TID)

All -

The Trust and Identity team will be losing a valued member as of October 14, 
2011. Trent Adams has accepted an offer from PayPal and will be moving on. 
We'll miss his energy, his humor, and his willingness to tackle the hard topics 
and make them accessible but we know this is the right thing for Trent and his 
family. We look forward to working with him as he tackles security, standards, 
and privacy with his new team. He will still be doing the good work and we're 
delighted that PayPal has recognized his talent and his passion.

Trent has made major contributions to both our User Managed Identity and 
Privacy work and I know that I speak for everyone involved in this efforts when 
I say he leaves big shoes to fill. We are working through the details of the 
transition now and will be posting a new (open) postion description shortly. If 
you have any concerns or open issues and want to follow up please contact me 
directly.

Please join me in wishing Trent the very best. He's been a huge part of our 
success to date and we know he'll do great things.
