Thanks, Veni, for your comments:

"ambitious goals are exactly what the global Internet community needs" - 
and I would like to add a word about what "ambitious" may mean:

- it can be either "big" stretching our limited capacities (that is why 
sporty exercises are made: to develop more strength in participating in 
wider events), but

- it can also mean to work towards small goals, in processes of 
participatory communication with involved partners - where not all the 
details are fixed well ahead of time like in an operation by a 
comfortably resources larger company.
