[Chapter-delegates] Sad news from ISOC Poland

Something that I will harp on about, yet again, is that there exists a
"Internet Society" network on fb. In order to join one has to know the
email of who created it. I've asked staff and nobody seems to know where it
came from.

However just now, on a guess, I just tried chapter-support at isoc.org and,
you know what? It went through. Now I am "waiting for confirmation".
