Yes. This arose from what I thought that was one of the more remarkable
moments of the INET. You can see it at 55 mins in on
http://livestre.am/17yXg - Diana Voicu, director of the Knowledge-based
Economy Programme (KEP) for the Government of Romania, talks about how,
initially, they tried to filter the Internet - but the explosion of content
made this impossible. They decided education was the solution. Then the
Church approached them saying priests needed help in dealing with
cyberbullying problems in their flocks - this has led to the program.
