[Chapter-delegates] New Website Preview

Hi all,

I'd like to invite you to a preview of our new website. The aim is to launch it in December and I wanted to provide you with a detailed overview of the site before it goes live.

I'll be offering two sessions on Monday November 28th - one at UTC 10:30 and the other at UTC 20:00 (the sessions will be recorded for those who can't make it).
