[Chapter-delegates] World IPv6 Day Chapter Proposal - Au

Dear Anne,


Three years ago when we had this discussion with Cecil of APNIC, APNIC was
inclined to absorb the cost of the Trainer's travel, accommodation etc, and
there was to be no fee payable for participants. But now when we are
discussing with APNIC the foucs appears to be on the cost of the program, we
are expected to charge the participants, commit to pay for travel etc.  This
is where we require help.  Can you talk to APNIC for us please?
