[Chapter-delegates] DRAFT "Beta" release - Chapter Toolkit no. 4 "Tools for leveraging the Next Generation Leaders Programme"

Dear Colleagues,

With help from the Internet Society NGL team, previous participants in  
the NGL programme and editorial work from Wendy Rickard, we are  
pleased to announce the draft BETA version of the Internet Society  
Toolkit no. 4 is now available:   "Tools for leveraging the Next  
Generation Leaders Programme".   The toolkit is attached below and can  
also be downloaded from the Chapter wiki at:  http://wiki.chapters.isoc.org/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=156 
  (requires login).

The purpose of this toolkit is to inform you of - and to inspire you  
to use - the opportunities made available through the NGL programme as  
a Chapter resource. It provides more detailed information, tips and  
advice on how to leverage the NGL programme to help your Chapter gain  
profile and members!    Some parts of the toolkit, such as the NGL  
presentation which you can customise to your audience, will be  
available in the coming weeks.

FEEDBACK IS REQUESTED
Is the toolkit helpful? Has anything been left out that you would like  
to see included?  Do you have any further examples from your Chapter  
members involvement with the NGL programme?  We'd love to have your  
feedback and examples, so please send it to <chapter-support at isoc.org>

TRANSLATIONS
We will collect feedback until April 28th 2011, and will finalise the  
document for publication on the website after that date in French,  
Spanish and English.
