[Chapter-delegates] Tunisian Constitution

Dear colleagues,
As you may know Tunisia is having in July 2011 an election to elect a 
Constitutional Council that will approve a new constitution for our country.
As part of our citizenship responsibility we will be active on 2 ideas :
- www.destour.org : A Wiki that have been published to help any Tunisian 
to be able to be part in drafting a constitution that will be presented 
by July to the Constitutional Council as something that have been 
written by citizens. If have any critics or help on this idea I will 
welcome it.
- The right to Access to Internet : We would like to lunch a campaign to 
ensure that the next constitution will have the Right to Access to 
Internet as a constitutional right. I would as well seek your help if 
there is anything that you can share with us : other experience in other 
countries ? open source tool to manage a campaign ? Source of Funding ? ...
