[Chapter-delegates] Website Redesign & Social Media Meetings

Thank you everyone.

We've now corrected the times in the meeting schedule to UTC. Please  
see: http://isoc.org/wp/chapter-meetings/. In the "E-meetings" table  
there is a heading "UTC" and link to a UTC time calculator (http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=1440 
) to calculate your own time translation if you are not sure what UTC  
means.

Just to note that all our meetings are normally specified in UTC and  
will continue to be so in future. Apologies that we missed this one.
