[Chapter-delegates] Upcoming Chapter and Member meetings alongside ICANN 41 in Singapore

Andrew, all,

the meetings are in the Morrison Room, in the 4th floor. Ia ssume that 
some of you are not web-enabled, due to travel for example, so this is the 
best way to communicate (old-fashioned, trustworthy email...)

The Raffles City Convention Center can be accessed from several of the 
hotels, at least the Swisotel STamford and the Fairmont Singapore, 
directly. The Morrison Room is between the Swissotel Stamford and the 
Fairmont Singapore.
