Thanks for your query about the WSIS Forum workshop. The Internet Society presented its study - Perspectives on Policy Responses to Online Copyright Infringement - An Evolving Policy Landscape (a discussion document) which draws from the expertise, expertise and  perspectives of our pilot volunteer Internet Society Copyright Working  Group. The discussion paper examines aspects of various Internet-focused  (mainly technical) measures being used/considered to combat copyright  infringement online such as graduated response, blocking, content  identification and filtering, traffic shaping, DNS manipulation. It is  intended to stimulate further dialogue.
