Hi Marcin,
Yes, www.v6.facebook.com has been available for some time, and appears to remain so. In addition, facebook will be leaving their main resource for developers dual-stacked, which is great progress.
I currently see around 70% of participants remain dual-stacked and reachable over IPv6.
