Hi,

let me join the congratulations. Jacek is one of the most experienced and 
proven chapter leaders of many years. My insistence from the Board that we 
have more direct input from the chapters, more direct work in both 
directions and among the chapters, seems much more likely to happen with 
this step.

I join Desiree's, Veni's, and others' words of analysis and 
congratulation.

Let's all contribute to make the most of Jacek's hire!!
