[Chapter-delegates] Introducing myself to ISOC Chapters

Dear Jacek -
congratulations! It is a good sign that finally ISOC has started to look 
for support among the chapters :)
I know you for quite a while, and I know people who know you for ages, 
too. We all hope in your new role you will be able - especially if 
supported properly by ISOC - to make a difference in helping chapters 
develop further.
You can count on us - if you need anything, let us know.
ISOC is showing some new spirit since the beginning of 2011, and that's 
good - because there are many challenges, which we have to deal with, 
fight with, confront, and change for the good of all Internet users. 
ISOC may become the leading power in this.
