Hi all,
Thanks for bringing this up, as this is a very timely issue. As most of you probably know, the Internet Society will launch its new Drupal based website and new visual identity later this year. New web templates for Chapters will also be developed and will be made available to all Chapters after the relaunch of the refurbished Internet Society website.
In order to keep you updated on these developments, my colleague Dan Graham from the communications department is happy to give you a quick overview of the current status as well as the next steps and would be interested in getting your feedback. We'll organize calls for the week of July 4th. We'll send options to you within the next few days.
In the meantime, we would like to draw your attention to a WordPress template that has been developed for Chapters, but that still follows the old (current) look and feel:
http://isoc.org/wp/chapter-template/
Your are welcome to use this template, but please be aware of the upcoming changes with the launch of the new Internet Society visual identity later this year. It might therefore be worth waiting for the new template before you invest a lot of time and effort in the current design.
As Khaled mentioned, the current Internet Society identity guidelines are available at http://www.isoc.org/isoc/general/identity/ and it is important for all Chapters to familiarize themselves with these guidelines.
Best regards,
Christine
