Hi Khaled. 

I agree in the common identity issue. 

But to do that all chapters would have to use the same tools and technologies for building their website. This is on the identity side. Atm every chapter is using the  tools they think best suited. 

A site made in drupal will not look and do the same things as one made in joomla or wordpress. And anyway, redeveloping the same things in every country and trying to make it look the same is costly and non productive. I think we should all adopt a isoc.org-like theme, like the Portugal chapter- I could import it right away as we already use wordpress. Of course if this comes at a reasonable cost and if they agree. 

On the communication side, what do you mean by "talking about the same issues"?
