[Chapter-delegates] Chapters & Wordpress themes

Good question. I've forwarded to the local WP community here in NYC

It's difficult to research as a lot of the info is dated, and will not
relate to the latest HTML5 based themes.

In general one would be looking to be WCAG compliant
http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/

In the USA a standard is  'Section 508' as specified fot governement
websites by law - the only theme in the WordPress directory showing up that
claims that it is such is RedLine
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/redline


A little googling does bring up Accessible1.0 - a child theme for 1.0

On the one WCAG compliant site I did look at, of an accessibility advocate,
there are a basic set of instructions
