[Chapter-delegates] Chapters & Wordpress themes

That's a slightly modified version of the 2010 theme, am I right? Is it off
the peg, or did you customize?

I like the layout with the three news categories at the top and the features
at the bottom, plus the fb social plug in is irresistible - no wonder you
have so many likes!


The INET Lima video coverage is also excellent, but you might want to adjust
the code on the first one :)
