I support this initiative and extend my best wishes to this "re-starting
team" of ISOC Uganda Chapter.
I just have some few comments concerning the mission and objectives of the
future chapter:

1. I propose the mission and purpose of the Chapter to be to:

" foster the promotion, open development, evolution, and use of the
Internet for the benefit of all in urban and rural communities in Uganda.”

But not:

to “foster the promotion, open development, evolution, and use of the
Internet for the benefit of all for not for profit purposes in urban and
rural communities in Uganda.”

Finally at the last point of the Chapter objectives, I think It is "bylaws"
and not "bye-law" which is supposed to be wrote.

Good luck to the team.

Best regards,

Victor.
