[Chapter-delegates] IETF 81 recordings

Hi Joly,

Recordings of all the IETF sessions, including the plenary session with the World IPv6 Day update, should show up on the IETF site, presently.  It usually takes them a few days to pull apart the room recordings into individual meeting packages. 

The recording from the Internet Society panel will be posted to the event's webpage (which you've listed below).
