[Chapter-delegates] Recording: Social Media Webinar for Chapters

Thank you Christine, in ISOC Peru started using Facebook and Twitter last
year. We are mainly using the tools during events where we found followers
(currently +300 in Facebook). It would be interesting also have an idea of
how is it going with other chapters.
