I think Franck's 3rd point could be more appealing to chapters. InDay is an effort we do at LinkedIn to reach out to non profits who would like assistance in anyway. This effort is from soup kitchens to web development. We have world wide offices so if any chapter wants to take advantage of this effort let me know and I would be happy to help.
