As many of you already know, Togo has been funded by ISOC and we will run an Information System Security Training center.

We are hosting from Feb 28 to March 04 in Togo the CISSP (certified Information Systems Security Professional) training together with ISC2. If you are interested, PING ME. We have obtained the CBK from ISC2 at a very interesting price than what is done.

Added to that we have entered in partnership with ECCOUNCIL for Togo to deliver online some course and certification in Information system Security. I am pleased to extend the program to all ISOC CHAPTERS.

We are entering in a partnership via ISOC TOGO with ECCOUNCIL to offer to all ISOC chapter’s the Security 5 course to raise awareness regarding the online threats that might endanger people while using the internet. The program will also educate participants about optimal use of the social networking sites and how to avoid suspicious websites.
The course and certification will be offered online. The program will give you access to the course and you will get a voucher to pass the exam online.

Conditions for Every Body (open to all Isoc Chapters)
a.       Must be a member of an ISOC Chapter in good standing
b.      Must agree to complete the course with in 6 month time frame
c.       Be presented by your chapter 
d.      Pay a fee of $52 (more than 50% discount) for the online course and the certification

Conditions for students from an African Public University (open Only to Full time student from an African public university)
a.       Must be a member of an ISOC Chapter in good standing
b. Must be a full time student form a PUBLIC African university (Student Id required)
c.      Must agree to complete the course with in 6 month time frame
d.       Be presented by your chapter 
d.      Pay a fee of $12 for the online course and the certification

NB: I will see with you chapter chair how to collect the fees and transfer them to Eccouncil.
