[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society 2011 IPR activities - Building a truly open and international dialogue

I did, at the Cartagena Chapters meeting, suggest that their be a permanent
ISOC / Chapters Special Interest Group on ICANN i.e. a mailing list.

I also think we should engage with Kathy Kleiman over at PIR.
