Hi Veni,

I'm Dan Graham, I manage Online Marketing and Social Media for the Internet Society (I started last July). Thanks for the feedback. We're currently in the process of increasing our social media activity. There is definitely lots of room for improvement. This is exactly the aim of the survey - to find out where we can improve.

I'm confident that you will notice progress over the next few weeks and months.
