It could be not specifically Anne. Maybe , it is ISOC’s education and training. How it is going to be handled and delivered by ISOC and Chapters, is a different thing. Something to put in consideration, few that I know, if not all, Internet organizations particularly RIR has been providing technical training through country representatives to their communities.

Several chapters have professionals on several areas, I suggest that we can use some virtual campus like the one ISOC Ecuador has located at
http://www.isoc.org.ec/isoc/campus and to work on several courses with specialists from several other chapters. ISOC HQ can help to finance the courses but we can be in charge of organizing and conducting the courses and, of course, this can be also a source of incoming for chapters.

        Hello

I found this course from W3C interesting and signed up:

It occurred to me that ISOC could offer online courses in Networking, IPv6, Network Security and even Internet Browsing. Courses offered by the Internet Technical Community on Internet would be authentic and could be very well structured. Can Isoc think about it?
