Dear Siva and all: We already have a virtual campus based in moodle ready for use so what we need now is courses.
Maybe a small poll about needs will be the next step?

Dear Carlos,
I can create and host a moode environment under which Isoc technical experts
from chapters can offer courses which can be announced through chapters.
Initially the courses could be free courses, eventually we can consider this
as a revenue opportunity for chapter projects.
