[Chapter-delegates] Farewell from ISOC-Colombia

Dear colleagues:
I would like to infom you that ISOC-Colombia´s Board of Directors decided that his mission was over, resigned, and closed the chapter. The time has come for the new generation of leaders to take over from here. I wish them the best!
It was a great honor and pleasure to share this important space with you, for so many years, I learnt a lot of interesting things from all of you.
Everybody is invited to come to Colombia, a beautiful country where the only risk is ti stay.
