[Chapter-delegates] blogspot down in India

Dear Joly, Alejandro,


Blogspot.com is working from Chennai as well, I accessed
isocmadras.blogspot.com and wealthyworld.blogspot.com as also the control
panels at blogger.com without any problem.

We would indeed be shocked if such an issue occurs in India.
