[Chapter-delegates] Next Generation Leaders webpages now in 6 U.N. languages

Dear ISOC Chapter Delegates:

I am pleased to announce that the Internet Society's Next Generation  
Leaders (NGL) webpages ( www.InternetSociety.org/leaders ) are now  
available in the 6 official U.N. languages.

Please note, some linked pages remain in English, even though the link  
is provided in another language, due to content (ex. Fellowship to the  
IETF, which is held in English and "individuals applying for the  
Fellowship should be comfortable and able to follow technical  
discussions in the English language.")

I send this to you all in the hopes that in the future you may direct  
interested individuals from your Chapter or potential new members to  
the language of their choice.
