[Chapter-delegates] .org domain seized by U.S. Department of Justice

I believe this is wrong on the part of the U.S. DoJ, and it will do
nothing but damage ICANN's reputation even if they probably don't have
much to do with it.

I believe this will motivate people to use domain names under ccTLDs, as
they will be perceived less vulnerable to the silliness of the DoJ.
