Hello,

It is great to have templates available. I would like to stress that
templates should be accessible according to W3C WAI
http://www.w3.org/WAI/
It can be useful to produce a manual in which webmasters of ISOC
chapters' sites can find information how to publish content respecting
accessibility guidelines.

Best wishes,
