[Chapter-delegates] Call for action : Securing internetsociety sites ( Re: Fwd: Our New Site Has Launched )

We wish to have registered *isoc.pr* or *internetsociety.pr* but
each registration cost $1000/yr due to an unscrupulous .pr ccTLD manager in
Puerto Rico.
