Hello Andy,

thanks for your kind message. Just after I hit the "send" button I
thought about it & remembered it was not specifically a
country.isoc.org, but rather chapter_name.isoc.org
So it could be aragon.internetsociety.org, or
spain-aragon.internetsociety.org if you wish.

Instead of completely changing the chapter's Web address & email, you
could just point to the current address as an alias. So
aragon.internetsociety.org could point to isocara.org

But of course we're not even there, since there has been no word from
ISOC HQ as to why chapter_name.isoc.org quietly stopped working.
