[Chapter-delegates] Our New Site Has Launched

Excelent, far better organization of information. If I can make a
suggestion, take a look at it using any tablet. Most of the relevant
information in the main page is below the screen, which is mostly taken
by the graphic show.

Ah, webdesigners, like architects... :)
