[Chapter-delegates] Video: Hillary Clinton speech on Internet Freedom

Is it possible that ISOC could invite her as the Key Note Speaker for the
I-Net in Geneva and perhaps have a session on Multi-stakeholder process in
Internet Governance / Core Internet Values ?
