Well, this is mostly devoted to social movements (the free culture, and 
the #15M indignants). The "Sinde Law" was indeed a spark in the roots
of (some part) of these movements.

Regarding the Sinde Law, the central issue now is the approval of the 
regulation that develops the Law (process to close pages, etc.). It 
seems that the caretaker goverment has not approved it (did not take 
into consideration).
