[Chapter-delegates] Earthquake in Virginia today -- Reston staff isfine

My building rocked in NYC!

It turns out to have been a good test of telecom systems. Anecdotally I am
hearing that while many cell networks clogged up under the pressure of "Are
you OK/I'm OK" calls, the Internet continued to work fine.
