[Chapter-delegates] Earthquake in Virginia today -- Reston staff is fine

Earlier today there was a 5.9 magnitude earthquake emanating from central
Virginia that was felt across much of the U.S. East Coast, including the
Internet Society’s Reston office.  We wanted to assure you that no damage
was done to our offices and that all Reston staff are fine.  We wish to
thank you for your expressions of concern.
