[Chapter-delegates] Help for T-Shirt!!!

Hi,

Direct Finnish translation of the phrase would be "Internet on 
kaikille", but it is not a very good one, as it loses the preposition 
"for". The best approximation would be "Internet kuuluu kaikille" 
(literally "Internet belongs to everyone").
