Dear ISOC Chapter Colleagues,
The ISOC Portugal Chapter started its activities this year.
On 8 June we organized the World IPv6 day in Lisbon and a press conference
about the IPv6 topic. It has been a quite successful event and the IPv6
problem had a lot of visibility in the specialized press..
In October we are planning to organize an event dedicated to the discussion
of Net Neutrality. For this event and to give visibility our activities we
are planning to create a T-shirt to promote the ISOCs vision The
Internet is for Everyone that Lynn St.Amour announced in January.
For this I would like to have the help of each of you by providing us with
the translation in your language and alphabet of The Internet is for
Everyone. The idea is to make a T-Shirt similar to this one that I
received in an INET Conference long ago (see photos of both sides below).
Description: DSCN3465 Description: DSCN3466
Of course this T-Shirt one had a problem because The Internet is its own
revolution was written in many languages but not in Portuguese!
And Portuguese is one of the most spoken languages in the world (the
seventh). We will correct this, now.
Hope to receive feedback from each of you.
Regards,
Pedro
