[Chapter-delegates] Input to the Chapter Guide and enhancing supporting resources - Interviews with a sample of the Chapter community

Dear Colleagues,

We recently circulated a draft "Chapter Guide" as part of the ongoing  
work to provide a comprehensive supporting framework for the  
Affiliation document. The draft Guide is appended below and will soon  
be available in French and Spanish.  We have already received some  
very positive feedback about the Guide. We would now like fine tune  
and enhance the content of the Guide and supporting resources by  
interviewing a cross section of the Chapter community. To do this we  
would like to conduct one-on-one interviews with a range of Chapter  
leaders.

In order to effectively sample the diverse community of ISOC Chapter  
leaders from around the world, interviewees will be selected according  
to a number of different variables including size of Chapter, scope,  
region, language, etc. The interviews will be conducted via Skype or  
the ISOC teleconferencing account, whichever is most preferable for  
the individual being interviewed.

The interviews will be conducted by Peter Houstle from Mariner  
Management.  If you are selected, you will receive an email from Peter  
in the next week or so inquiring about your availability and preferred  
method of contact. The interviews will take no more than 30-45 minutes  
of your time assuming you are willing and able. :)
