Dear All,

Firstly, I would like to note that as of the beginning of April, we passed
officially into the second cycle of the IGF.

Secondly, due to many requests, we have decided to extend the deadline for
workshop proposal submissions by one week, until the 22 of April. I will put
a notice up to this effect on the IGF Website around midday tomorrow,
Friday. I would be grateful if you could kindly inform your various
stakeholder groups tomorrow.
