I don't see it this way.
I see it that with a strong local IPv6 infrastructure, all new
innovative future Internet services will be created and come on-line in
Asia thus shifting the centre of innovation to the APNIC region. Not
living in that part of the world, I despair at the inability of the
region I live in to understand that.
