[Chapter-delegates] Should DNSSEC be mandatory for all new gTLDs?

Thanks to everybody for your view on the subject. I very much
appreciated the response.

As a result, and as a result of many other comments we received from
members of the At-Large community, the ALAC has amended its statement
accordingly to show a moderate position on the subject.

Finally, I apologise for asking an ICANN-related matter on the ISOC
Delegates list, but I figured out that if I needed to hear the opinion
of a very diverse group of experts from around the world, that was a
good place to ask. I was not disappointed.
