I have attached copies of a new report on the goings-on at the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference now going on in Mexico.  These will also be posted to the web site soon.  I hope you find them useful.  I have also attached a document about the main issues related to Internet issues at the conference prepared on 15 October in cooperation with the RIRs in attendance.  I hope these are useful for you.  Feel free to use and distribute them as you see fit.
