[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Toolkit on Net Neutrality

Greetings Chapters...

As many of you know, we are preparing a Chapter toolkit on the topic of Net Neutrality and open internetworking. Several of you have been in touch to share your thoughts about why these issues are important to Chapters and what your Chapters are doing in this space. 

I'm writing to invite more of you to lend your voices to the toolkit. Even if your Chapter is not actively working on this topic, it would be especially useful if you could write back with your thoughts on:

* Why you think the issues around NN and open internetworking are important?

* How your Chapter is engaging (or is planning to engage) in this discussion and debate, if at all (education? presentations? blogging? participation in local or higher-level discussions? formal responses to announcements? a combination of strategies?)

Your thoughts, comments, and suggestions are welcome! We're aiming to have this kit out by the end of the year so your prompt responses would be much appreciated.
