[Chapter-delegates] Did I miss the announcememnt?

  Frank , hopefully we got Sportacus  in the present and  Eve and Wall-e 
to save us in the future  :)
Seriously now , what matters for my today presentation to the EU  is 
that 40.26% of voters fear Increased government control .
The only minor  problem to present this in front of academic audience is 
that there are only 500 or so voters so far, too litle  to represent a 
reasonable critical mass .
I cannot rely on this as a statistical result (minimum minimorum is 3000).
We should maybe push the survey in the next montly newletter so have 
more accurate and global results.

No rail today in Belgium, no petrol tomorrow in Paris.
